A chart workspace of your own.

ChartDeck is our macOS workstation project for IBKR, bringing chart grids, watchlists and visual scanning into one workspace. Explore the idea behind it and try a sample chart grid.

ChartDeck is developed by this site’s owner. James’s desk tour does not establish that he uses it.

About this reconstruction

The 2026 tour supplies the four BenQ displays, the raised secondary laptop, the retirement of X-Keys and the updated desk gear. Exact product names come from its published equipment list. The upper BenQs are the older 60 Hz pair; the lower pair runs at 120 Hz with function controls integrated into their thicker gray bottom bezels.

The trading screens are at rest in the tour overview. Window assignments, the split 90-chart sample watchlist and our order windows are illustrative. The tour does not establish a new execution platform or a current risk budget.

The changing windows use James’s published routine as a teaching example for the selected desk. They do not establish the historical schedule for each year or represent a live trading session. Charts, sector groups and linked-watch controls use fictional data.
