Trade the market this process was built for.

James’s gap scanning and intraday stock trading centre on US equities. Start with access, then check the economics of your own account.

Where are you based?

Residency helps you check access. It does not change which market James’s stock trading process was built around.

Essential

I can access and trade US stocks

Broker eligibility, USD funding and permissions are confirmed.

Your progress: I can access and trade US stocks
Why this mattersHide details

US equities are the reference market for this checklist. The US has the largest equity market by capitalisation. Actively traded stocks offer a broad opportunity set, but liquidity still depends on the ticker, spread and time of day. Confirm residency eligibility, the instruments you can trade and access to the sessions you need. A CFD or a local listing is a different product with different costs and risks.

Essential

I have checked liquidity and the full cost of trading

Spreads, slippage, commissions, data, FX and borrowing all count.

Your progress: I have checked liquidity and the full cost of trading
Why this mattersHide details

US stock trading can be inexpensive with some brokers, but it is not automatically the cheapest route from every country. Check the spread and available size on the stocks you intend to trade. Price platform and data subscriptions, commissions, exchange or routing fees, currency conversion and margin interest. For shorts, confirm borrow availability, locate charges and borrow fees before entering. A zero commission headline does not make execution free.

Can you become as successful as James?

It is possible to develop the skills. This checklist cannot establish your odds or promise his results. His public journey describes an unusually fast start, intensive study and mentorship. It is one self-reported experience, not a representative benchmark.

Checking your plan

Your saved progress is loading.

You can study and practise while these gaps remain. An intention to arrange capital, data or time is useful progress, but it does not fill that requirement. Complete the essentials before considering this full-day workflow with live money.

Your next essentials

01 · Build your evidence

Equipment enables the work.

Your journal must show how you execute, manage losses and adapt. Quiz scores and a copied desk cannot demonstrate a profitable live edge.

02 · Protect your runway

Allow for a long learning curve.

Expect losing periods and the possibility that you never become consistently profitable. Keep living expenses funded independently and define when to stop.

03 · Earn every increase

Let consistency govern size.

Evaluate net results, drawdowns and rule adherence over repeated sessions and conditions. Simulator fills and a few wins are weak evidence for scaling.

This is an educational planning tool. The essential and optional labels, the five-day schedule comparison and the 80% quiz threshold are editorial choices for this site. Manual checks are self-reported. James’s current account balance and a complete independently audited performance history are not established by the material used here.
